From your design brief to a build in Vietnam

PCB schematic design and component selection
Translate functional requirements into circuit schematics and a bill of materials. Review component suitability, availability, interfaces, power requirements and the mechanical constraints that affect the board. Proposed substitutions are submitted for customer approval before release.
Component placement and PCB routing
Develop the board outline, component placement and routing around enclosure constraints, connectors, power paths and sensitive signals. Review return paths, thermal considerations, clearances, assembly access and test points against the agreed application requirements and fabrication capabilities.
For an existing design, the scope can focus on layout review, a board revision or preparing the manufacturing files. CAD format, source-file handover and revision ownership are agreed at kickoff.
PCBA manufacturing and component sourcing
Coordinate PCB fabrication, component procurement and assembly with manufacturing partners in Vietnam. Review the BOM, Gerber or agreed fabrication data, drill files, placement files and assembly drawings before requesting a build quotation.
Projects may use customer-supplied components, sourced components or a combination, subject to the selected partner's capabilities. Build quantity, process requirements, inspection coverage, functional testing, packaging and shipping arrangements are defined in the quotation.
Prototype validation and production handover
Plan the first build around clear acceptance criteria. Coordinate design-for-manufacture feedback, assembly questions, agreed inspection and test records, and the revision changes needed for the next build. Functional testing requires an agreed procedure and any necessary firmware, fixtures or customer equipment.
Typical handover items, depending on scope, include:
- Schematics and PCB layout source files in the agreed CAD format.
- BOM with approved parts and documented alternatives.
- Fabrication, drilling, component placement and assembly files.
- Design review findings and a record of approved changes.
- Assembled boards and the agreed inspection or test documentation.

- Share the brief: application, current design stage, board dimensions, expected quantities, target schedule and delivery destination.
- Review the package: identify missing inputs, design work, sourcing constraints and manufacturing requirements.
- Agree the scope: confirm responsibilities, deliverables, acceptance criteria, confidentiality arrangements and quotation.
